amendment:

On Page: 286             Provides $1.5 million of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Economic Enhancement and Development (SEED) 
Spec App: 2256A          Trust Fund to the Department of Economic Opportunity 
                         for the Urban League of Broward County. Decreases 
                         funding provided to the department for Economic 
                         Development Tools by $1.5 million from the SEED 
                         Trust Fund.
