amendment:

Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 282             Provides $250,000 of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Economic Enhancement and Development (SEED) 
Spec App: 2242A          Trust Fund to the Department of Economic Opportunity 
                         for PARC, Inc. in Pinellas County. Decreases funding 
                         provided to the department for Economic Development 
                         Tools by $250,000 from the SEED Trust Fund.
