amendment:

Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 276             Provides $122,500 of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         Special Employment Security Administration Trust 
Spec App: 2193A          Fund to the Department of Economic Opportunity for 
                         the Louise Graham Regeneration Center, Inc., in 
                         Pinellas County. Decreases funding provided to the 
                         department for Economic Development Tools by 
                         $122,500 from the Economic Development Trust Fund.
