The Committee on Appropriations (Galvano) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 05              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 249             Provides $800,000 of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund in the Department of 
Spec App: 1911           Transportation for Keep Florida Beautiful. Decreases 
                         funding in the Highway Maintenance Contracts 
                         category by $800,000 and increases Highway 
                         Beautification Grants by the same amount.
