The Committee on Appropriations (Grimsley) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 067             Provides $1 million nonrecurring general revenue for 
                         the construction of a crisis stabilization unit at 
Spec App:  330           the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center in Okaloosa 
                         County. Decreases nonrecurring general revenue by 
                         $500,000 for the analytics, predictive analysis, and 
                         data integration project in the Department of 
                         Children and Families and by $500,000 for Aging 
                         Resource Centers in the Department of Elder Affairs.

predictive analysis, and data integration including, but not limited to,
substance  abuse  and  mental  health, the Florida Safe Families Network
(FSFN),  Child  Death Review Database (CDR), and the child abuse hotline
to improve child outcomes within the child welfare system.
