    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 239
    4  and insert:
    5  position with a covered employer on or after January 1, 2015.
    6  The employer and employee contributions shall be transferred to
    7  the investment plan and placed in a default fund as designated
    8  by the state board. The retiree may move the contributions once
    9  an account is activated in the investment plan.
