    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (189214)

    3         Delete lines 938 - 942
    4  and insert:
    5  years. The battery requirements of this section do not apply to
    6  a fire alarm, smoke detector, smoke alarm, or ancillary
    7  component that is electronically connected as a part of a
    8  centrally monitored or supervised alarm system.
