       Senator Bullard moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (653454) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 1028 - 1032
    5  and insert:
    6  Any and all Information and documentation provided to the
    7  Department of Education and the Auditor General relating to the
    8  identity of a taxpayer that provides an eligible contribution
    9  under this section are subject to s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a),
   10  Art. I of the State Constitution shall remain confidential at
   11  all times in accordance with s. 213.053.

   17         with an operational audit; providing that specified
