    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (653454) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 1059
    5  and insert:
    6         3. Upon release of information from the Learning Service
    7  Institute in accordance with paragraph (9)(j), reporting to a
    8  scholarship student’s parent the performance of that school’s
    9  scholarship students as compared to the statewide performance of
   10  public school students with socioeconomic backgrounds similar to
   11  those of students participating in the scholarship program.
