    3         Delete lines 18 - 22
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) The governing body of a municipality may hold joint
    6  meetings with the governing body of the county within which the
    7  municipality is located in order to receive, discuss, and act
    8  upon matters of mutual interest. A joint meeting may be held
    9  within the municipality or the county at such time and place as
   10  may be prescribed by ordinance or resolution.

   14         Delete line 6
   15  and insert:
   16         municipality is located; providing for the location
   17         and time of such meetings; providing an effective
   18         date.
