(1) For the 2014-2015 fiscal year, for the 6 purpose of implementing and maintaining the public information 7 website enhancements provided under section 4 of this act: 8 (a) The sums of $72,435 in recurring funds and $3,773 in 9 nonrecurring funds from the Health Care Trust Fund and one full 10 time equivalent health services and facilities consultant 11 position with associated salary rate of 46,560 are appropriated 12 to the Agency for Health Care Administration; 13 (b) The sums of $30,000 in recurring funds and $15,000 in 14 nonrecurring funds from the Health Care Trust Fund are 15 appropriated to the Agency for Health Care Administration for 16 software purchase, installation, and maintenance services; and 17 (c) The sums of $2,474 in recurring funds and $82,806 in 18 nonrecurring funds from the Health Care Trust Fund are 19 appropriated to the Agency for Health Care Administration for 20 contracted services. 21 (2) If CS/CS/SB 248 or similar legislation, 2014 Regular 22 Session, and this bill are both enacted into law during the 2014 23 Regular Session, or any extension thereof, and both bills 24 contain provisions authorizing the Agency for Health Care 25 Administration to create a monitored comment webpage allowing 26 members of the public to comment on specific assisted living 27 facilities licensed in this state and if both bills appropriate 28 funds to the Agency for Health Care Administration, this section 29 may not take effect. 30 31 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 32 And the title is amended as follows: 33 Delete line 55 34 and insert: 35 changes made by the act; providing appropriations; 36 providing an effective date.
