       Senator Legg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (871356) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 9
    5  and insert:
    6         (6) Pursuant to s. 9(a)(2), Art. XII of the State
    7  Constitution and s. 203.01(1)(c)2., all revenues collected from
    8  gross receipts taxes are deposited into the Public Education
    9  Capital Outlay and Debt Service Trust Fund. Such revenues
   10  deposited into the trust fund are pledged and required to first
   11  be used for the payment of principal and interest on bonds
   12  secured by gross receipts tax revenues as provided in s.
   13  9(a)(2), Art. XII of the State Constitution. The State Board of
   14  Education shall at least once per

   24         Administration for the timely payment of principal and
   25         interest on bonds; requiring the State Board of
