    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 244 and 245
    4  insert:
    5         (g)Each school district shall provide teachers,
    6  administrators, students, and parents with access to:
    7         1. Instructional materials in digital or electronic format,
    8  as defined in s. 1006.29.
    9         2. Digital materials including those digital materials that
   10  enable students to earn certificates and industry certifications
   11  pursuant to ss. 1003.4203 and 1008.44.
   12         3. Teaching and learning tools and resources, including the
   13  ability for teachers and administrators to manage, assess, and
   14  monitor student performance data.
