       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 294 and 295
    4  insert:
    5         Section 34. Dr. Von Mizell Drive designated; Department of
    6  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) That portion of S.R. A1A/North Ocean Drive between S.R.
    8  822/Sheridan Street and Cambridge Street in Broward County is
    9  designated as “Dr. Von Mizell Drive.”
   10         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   11  suitable markers designating Dr. Von Mizell Drive as described
   12  in subsection (1).
