    4  and insert:
    5         (7) Upon receipt of a sworn complaint alleging that a
    6  lobbyist or principal has failed to register with a governmental
    7  entity or has knowingly submitted false information in a report
    8  or registration required under this section, the commission
    9  shall investigate a lobbyist or principal pursuant to the
   10  procedures established under s. 112.324. The commission shall
   11  provide the Governor with a report of its findings and
   12  recommendations in any investigation conducted pursuant to this
   13  subsection. The Governor is authorized to enforce the
   14  commission’s findings and recommendations.
