       The Committee on Appropriations (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 334
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) Activities of the board provided in subsection (3) are
    6  exempt from chapter 120.
    7         (6) The department may adopt rules to implement this
    8  section.
    9         (7) Implementation of the Ed and Ethel Moore Alzheimer’s
