    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 49 and 50
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. The sum of $800,000 in recurring funds is
    6  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of
    7  Children and Families for the purpose of implementing this act
    8  during the 2014-2015 fiscal year.
