Transportation facility designations; Department 12 of Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 13 (1) Upon completion of replacement construction, bridge 14 number 380096 on U.S. 221/S.R. 55 over the Econfina River in 15 Taylor County is designated as “Private First Class Joey Moody 16 Bridge.” 17 (2) That portion of U.S. 1/S.R. 15 between 5th Avenue and 18 C.R. 108 in Nassau County is designated as “Emmitt G. Coakley 19 Memorial Highway.” 20 (3) That portion of State Road 60 between the Hillsborough 21 County Line and Mandalay Avenue in Pinellas County is designated 22 as “Purple Heart Trail.” 23 (4) That portion of U.S. 19A/S.R. 595 between Tarpon Avenue 24 and the Pasco County line in Pinellas County is designated as 25 “Officer Charles ‘Charlie K’ Kondek, Jr., Memorial Highway.” 26 (5) That portion of S.R. 80 between Hickey Creek Road and 27 Carter Lane in Lee County is designated as “Corporal Joseph R. 28 Bertrand Memorial Highway.” 29 (6) That portion of Interstate 75/S.R. 93A between Fowler 30 Avenue and Fletcher Avenue in Hillsborough County is designated 31 as “Lieutenant Benedict J. Pino Way.” 104 (30) Bridge number 870054 on S.R. 112/W. 41st Street/Arthur 105 Godfrey Road in Miami Beach is designated as the “Senator Paul 106 B. Steinberg Bridge.” 107 (31) Buenaventura Boulevard between E. Osceola Parkway and 108 C.R. 530/Simpson Road in Osceola County is designated as 109 “Roberto Clemente Memorial Highway.” 110 (32) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 111 suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as 112 described in this section. 113 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
