       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 191 and 192
    4  insert:
    5         Section 5. Section 570.158, Florida Statutes, is created to
    6  read:
    7         570.158 Edward L. Myrick State Farmers Market; honorary
    8  designation.—The department is authorized to designate the
    9  Pompano State Farmers Market as the “Edward L. Myrick State
   10  Farmers Market.” This designation honors Mr. Edward L. Myrick, a
   11  veteran of the United States Army and a pillar of the
   12  agricultural community of Pompano Beach. Mr. Edward L. Myrick
   13  has played a leading role in the success of the Pompano State
   14  Farmers Market since 1976 and continues to serve the market and
   15  the community through his leadership in ensuring the
   16  availability of fresh agricultural produce to the community at
   17  large.
