       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 28 - 32
    4  and insert:
    5  as provided in paragraph (1)(b), and may request removal from
    6  the class of any such positions that it deems appropriate. The
    7  such removal of any previously designated positions
