       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 94
    4  and insert:
    5  or s. 775.083, unless a law enforcement officer elects to issue
    6  a civil citation as provided in paragraph (3)(a) of this
    7  section.

   11         Delete line 16
   12  and insert:
   13         additional penalties in certain circumstances;
   14         providing for law enforcement to issue a civil
   15         citation in lieu of criminal penalties;
