       The Committee on Health Policy (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 152 - 157
    4  and insert:
    5         (h) A health care provider that is a free clinic under
    6  subparagraph (3)(d)14., as an agent of the governmental
    7  contractor for purposes of s. 768.28(9), may allow a patient, or
    8  a parent or guardian of the patient, to pay a nominal fee for
    9  administrative costs related to the services provided to the
   10  patient under the contract. For purposes of this paragraph, a
   11  nominal fee may not exceed $10 per visit.
