       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 23 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) OPTIONAL TERMINATION.—Except as provided in subsection
    6  (2) or unless the declaration provides for a lower percentage,
    7  the condominium form of ownership may be terminated for all or a
    8  portion of the condominium property pursuant to a plan of
    9  termination approved by at least 80 percent of the total voting
   10  interests of the condominium if less no more than 10 percent
