    5         (e) Review and evaluate all known and potential
    6  environmental impacts resulting from high-pressure well
    7  stimulations, including harmful atmospheric emissions,
    8  greenhouse gas emissions, the degradation of air quality,
    9  impacts to wildlife, native plants, and habitat fragmentation,
   10  groundwater and surface water contamination, noise pollution,
   11  fire, explosions, and induced seismicity.
