Is already installed on the property owned by the 7 apartment community or managed by the apartment community 8 management company; 9 2. Is not being modified except to replace components 10 necessary to return the equipment to its original condition, and 11 the partial disassembly associated therewith; 12 3. Must be a type of equipment commonly installed in 13 similar locations; and 14 4. Must be repaired with new parts that are functionally 15 identical to the parts being replaced. 16 (c) An individual repair does not involve replacement parts 17 that cost more than $1,000. An individual repair may not be so 18 extensive as to be a functional replacement of the existing 19 water heater or the existing heating, venting, or air 20 conditioning system being repaired. 21 (d) The property owned by the apartment community or
