       Senator Abruzzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (842196) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 27 - 38
    5  and insert:
    6         2. Upon achievement of groundwater cleanup target levels at
    7  each rehabilitation site, a new job shall be awarded to the
    8  proven innovative technology contractor.
    9         3. This paragraph does not preclude a proven innovative
   10

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 51 - 52
   14  and insert:
   15         "proven innovative technology contractor";
