       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (963608) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 157
    4  and insert:
    5  119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. This
    6  sub-sub-subparagraph is subject to the Open Government Sunset
    7  Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed
    8  on October 2, 2020, unless reviewed and saved from repeal
    9  through reenactment by the Legislature.
