       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 193 and 194
    4  insert:
    5         (10) The department shall impose a $100,000 fine for each
    6  offense when a person performs a high pressure well stimulation
    7  in violation of this section. Each day during any portion of
    8  which such violation occurs constitutes a separate offense.
