       Senator Richter moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 117 - 127
    4  and insert:
    5  of reports with respect to drilling and production records.
    6  However, such information, or any part thereof, at the request
    7  of the operator, shall be exempt from the provisions of s.
    8  119.07(1) and held confidential by the division for a period of
    9  1 year after the completion of a well.
