    3         Delete lines 491 - 492
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Is considered a trade secret, as defined in s.
    6  812.081(1)(c).

    8  Upon request, a service provider, vendor, or well owner or
    9  operator must disclose to emergency personnel any chemicals
   10  otherwise exempt under this subsection.
