       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Gaetz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 227 - 234
    4  and insert:
    5         (g) Define the term “capacity” as determined by the school
    6  district. When determining the capacity of each school in the
    7  district, the school district shall incorporate the
    8  specifications, plans, elements, and commitments contained in
    9  the school district educational facilities plan and the long
   10  term work programs required under s. 1013.35 in its
   11  determination.
