       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Benacquisto) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 1712 - 1715
    4  and insert:
    5  is currently enrolled. If space is available in a classroom
    6  taught by an in-field teacher, the school district shall grant
    7  the parent’s request and transfer the student to the in-field
    8  classroom teacher within a reasonable period of time, not to
