       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 60 - 61
    4  and insert:
    5  authority to maintain such confidentiality;
    6         2. To an individual upon petition of a court of competent
    7  jurisdiction for an order for the release of each chemical
    8  ingredient for each well on which a high pressure well
    9  stimulation is permitted if the wellhead is within a 5-mile
   10  radius of his or her residence. The petition or initial pleading

   12  promptly notify the proprietor of the information of the
   13  petition. Upon review and approval of the petition, the court
   14  shall order the department to release the list of chemical
   15  ingredients to the petitioner. The petitioner must maintain the
   16  confidentiality of any proprietary business information released
   17  by the department pursuant to the court order; or
