       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 47 and 48
    4  insert:
    5         (b) The division is authorized to issue up to nine vendor’s
    6  licenses to a manufacturer of malt beverages pursuant to this
    7  subsection.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Between lines 6 and 7
   12  insert:
   13         limiting the number of vendor’s licenses that the
   14         Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the
   15         Department of Business and Professional Regulation may
   16         issue to a manufacturer of malt beverages;
