       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 109 - 111
    4  and insert:
    5  10 business days before filing the action, and must be provided
    6  to the contractor if the contractor is a named party in the
    7  action.
    8         Section 2. A public agency has until October 1, 2015, to
    9  amend a public agency contract for services, if needed, in order
   10  to comply with the amendment made by this act to section
   11  119.0701, Florida Statutes.
