On Page: 246             Provides $1 million from the State Transportation 
                         Trust Fund in the Fixed Capital Outlay - Economic 
Spec App: 1927           Development Transportation Projects category for a 
                         route alignment study and project development and 
                         environmental (PD&E) study to expand the Bus Rapid 
                         Transit (BRT) line from downtown St. Petersburg to 
                         the coast/beach.
