Appropriation 213, INSERT:

The Agency for Health Care Administration may, pursuant to section 
409.912, Florida Statutes, contract with a provider service network to 
provide or arrange for the care of Medicaid eligible medically complex 
and medically fragile children through either a capitated or 
fee-for-service payment arrangement.
