       The Committee on Appropriations (Margolis) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 34 and 35
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The Office of Economic and Demographic Research
    6  shall develop and submit a report on the effectiveness of
    7  downtown development authorities in this state to the Senate
    8  Committee on Finance and Tax on or before December 31, 2015.

   12         Between lines 10 and 11
   13  insert:
   14         requiring the Office of Economic and Demographic
   15         Research to develop and submit a report on the
   16         effectiveness of downtown development authorities in
   17         this state to the Senate Committee on Finance and Tax
   18         by a certain date;
