       The Committee on Appropriations (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 46
    4  and insert:
    5  programs pursuant to s. 376.3071 or s. 376.3072.
    6         4. The site is not otherwise eligible for the Petroleum
    7  Cleanup Participation Program under s. 376.3071(13) based on any
    8  discharge reporting form received by the department before
    9  January 1, 1995, or a written report of contamination submitted
   10  to the department on or before December 31, 1998.
