       The Committee on Appropriations (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 97 - 99
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. For the 2015-2016 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $175,000 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the Alcohol,
    7  Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Trust Fund to the Department of
    8  Children and Families to implement this act.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 20 - 21
   12  and insert:
   13         an appropriation; providing an effective date.
