       The Committee on Judiciary (Simmons) recommended the following:
       
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 32
    4  and insert:
    5         victim or any other person named in the order. However,
    6  this subparagraph does not prohibit an attorney for the
    7  defendant, consistent with rules regulating The Florida Bar,
    8  from communicating with any person protected by the no contact
    9  order for lawful purposes.
