House Comm: RCS . 02/19/2015 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Regulated Industries (Negron) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Delete lines 13 - 19 4 and insert: 5 individuals with a valid Common Access Card.—Upon the 6 presentation of a valid Common Access Card by an individual who 7 is currently on active duty as a member of the United States 8 Armed Forces, the United States Reserve Forces, the National 9 Guard, or the Coast Guard, and is seeking to obtain 10 accommodations at a hotel, motel, or bed and breakfast inn, as 11 defined in s. 509.242, such hotel, motel, or bed and breakfast 12 inn shall waive any minimum age policy that it may have which 13 restricts accommodations to individuals based on age. 14 Duplication of Common Access Cards presented pursuant to this 15 section is prohibited. 16 17 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 18 And the title is amended as follows: 19 Delete lines 5 - 6 20 and insert: 21 individuals who present a valid Common Access Card; 22 prohibiting duplication of Common Access Cards; 23 providing an effective date.
