Effective July 1, 2015, the four sports 6 development project applications that the Department of Economic 7 Opportunity reviewed and recommended to the Legislature for 8 approval pursuant to s. 288.11625, Florida Statutes, on January 9 23, 2015, are approved pursuant to s. 288.11625(4)(e), Florida 10 Statutes. The Department of Economic Opportunity shall certify 11 the applicants for sports development projects no later than 12 August 15, 2015. 13 Section 15.
