       (Smith) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (757398)

    3         Delete lines 117 - 121
    4  and insert:
    5         (4)(c) From all taxes collected under this chapter, after
    6  the required deduction of the service charge imposed pursuant to
    7  s. 215.20(1) and the costs of collection and enforcement imposed
    8  pursuant to s. 201.15 payments under paragraphs (a) and (b), the
    9  remainder shall be distributed as follows paid into the State
   10  Treasury to the credit of:
