       The Committee on Appropriations (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 270 - 286
    4  and insert:
    5         (c)(9)Eleven and twenty-four Seven and fifty-three
    6  hundredths percent of the remainder remaining taxes in each
    7  fiscal year shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit
    8  of the State Housing Trust Fund. Out Of such funds, beginning in
    9  the 2012-2013 fiscal year, the first $35 million shall be
   10  transferred annually, subject to any distribution required
   11  pursuant to under subsection (5) (15), to the State Economic
   12  Enhancement and Development Trust Fund within the Department of
   13  Economic Opportunity. The remainder shall be used as follows:
   14         1.(a) Half of that amount shall be used for the purposes
   15  for which the State Housing Trust Fund was created and exists by
   16  law.
   17         2.(b) Half of that amount shall be paid into the State
   18  Treasury to the credit of the Local Government Housing Trust
   19  Fund and used for the purposes for which the Local Government
   20  Housing Trust Fund was created and exists by law.
   21         (d)(10)Twelve and ninety-three Eight and sixty-six
