       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Bullard) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 55 - 60
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) “Approved provider” means a provider in this state
    6  which is approved by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, a
    7  health care practitioner as defined in s. 456.001(4), or a
    8  provider in this state which is approved by the department
    9  pursuant to s. 1002.66.
