       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 57 and 58
    4  insert:
    5         (d) “Website” means a set of related web pages served from
    6  a single web domain. The term does not include a home page or
    7  channel page for the user account of a person who is not the
    8  owner or operator of the website upon which such user home page
    9  or channel page appears.
