       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Negron) recommended the
       following:
       
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 120 and 121
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Subsection (2) of section 499.051, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         499.051 Inspections and investigations.—
    8         (2) In addition to the authority set forth in subsection
    9  (1), the department and any duly designated officer or employee
   10  of the department may enter and inspect any other establishment
   11  for the purpose of determining compliance with this chapter and
   12  rules adopted under this chapter regarding any drug, device, or
   13  cosmetic product.
