       Senator Bullard moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete line 196
    4  and insert:
    5         (g) Norm-referenced tests.—In lieu of administering a
    6  statewide, standardized assessment, a school district may
    7  administer any national norm-referenced test that is
    8  administered to students enrolled in any charter school, private
    9  school, or home education program for purposes of assessing
   10  school district student academic achievement and other
   11  accountability measures.
   12         (i)(h) Contracts for assessments.—

   15  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 124 - 126
   17  and insert:
   18         Section 2. Paragraphs (a) and (d) and present paragraph (h)
   19  of subsection (3) of section 1008.22, Florida Statutes, are
   20  amended, a new paragraph (g) is added to that subsection,
   21  present paragraph (g) is redesignated as paragraph (h), and
   22  subsection (6) of that section is amended, to read:
