       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Evers) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 21 - 47
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Monthly inspections by the Department of Health;
    6         (b) Metered receiving at treatment facilities;
    7         (c) Testing with electronic pH meters rather than paper
    8  strips;
    9         (d) Stabilized septage sampling;
   10         (e) Annual tracking of nutrient loading based on septage
   11  sampling; and
   12         (f) Annual soil sampling of active application sites.

   15  And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 7 - 8
   17  and insert:
   18         requirements; providing an effective date.
